TRAVELLING SOLO ON MY FIRST EVER CRUISE WITH SHIPSOMNIA | BARCELONA, IBIZA AND FRANCE

So i went on my first ever cruise this June (2017) and the ship i went on was with Royal Caribbean, Brilliance of the seas. I vlogged my whole time away which is on my YouTube Channel but i wanted to share it on here too.

This cruise was with Shipsomnia and it was a party cruise. BEST CRUISE EVER!.. But then it is the only cruise i have been on so i can't really compare, lol
I hadn't been out drinking in aggeeessss so i was very excited for it. The first day i actually wanted to get my sleep in so went up to bed at 10pm, i was trying to eat healthy and the next morning i even went to the gym! LOL ...it didn't last long tho! As the next night continued i ended up drinking more and staying up till VERY late so i didn't wake up till lunch time the next day...the same then happened every day after so the gym was never to be seen again!

This ships DJ's would start playing music from 12pm all the way through till like 5am the next morning so there was always something good going on :-)
I had to get flights over to Barcelona on Wednesday 14th June where the ship left the dock about 5pm. The second day the ship docked in Ibiza and that night we would get free transfers to the sunset Zoo Project party which was amazing! The 3rd day the ship was on the waters so there were a few clubs on board that were going on. The 4th day the ship docked in Sete, France which i explored a bit of and then there was the ships closing party that night on Saturday (17th June) which was ocean themed and again IT WAS AMAAAZZIINNGGG!!! The next morning we all had to get off the ship EARLY! I Had 3 hours sleep because i was having so much fun partying and had to be off the ship between 6.30 and 7.30am! My flight wasn't until 7pm that day but luckily my plans had changed. Instead of sitting around all day just waiting for my taxi to the airport and then to board my flight, i ended up exploring Barcelona, i will keep all of that for another blog post tho and i can't wait to share amazing pics i got from that day :-)

I will do a blog post and youtube video very soon about traveling solo but just getting my last two holiday vlogs up before i do :-) I really want to do Shipsomnia again next year, i've also learnt a lot and now know what to expect. I will also be doing a cruise ship tips post and video too so keep an eye out, make sure you are following so you don't miss it :-) Oh i also got to see amazing sunset every evening so got some cool pics which i will share below. How To Make Cooking Easier | Living a Healthy Lifestyle

Since my holiday i recently got back from i hadn't been allowing myself to worry about food or exercise as much. Tomorrow i am going to get back in the gym and start making little changes to my eating, it's the small changes that make the biggest overall and i'm not gonna be strict on myself but just start to make healthier choices again :-)

I am one to get quite lazy when it comes to prepping and cooking food. Sometimes i do enjoy it but like most of us, when we have some free time we'd rather be doing something else than standing in the kitchen for hours. (unless you really love cooking) The trouble is if you want to be healthy then you do need to put a little bit of effort and time in. Today i'm sharing some things you can do/changes you can make in your kitchen to help speed up the cooking and prepping of food and make your life a whole lot easier.

First thing is freezing your food, you can make a batch of something and portion it into Tupperware, it will last you all week and you can defrost it whenever you want? I made a healthy Soup once and blogged it so see how i prepped and made it all by clicking here.
And for Granola too - see it here.

I actually came across Microwaves (UK) by Panasonic, they have a new range to make cooking healthier. They have options to grill, steam and bake. They help to keep food's delicious flavour, vitamins and nutrients. It also cooks your food in half the time. Winner winner chicken dinner! :-D
See more here - http://www.panasonic.com/uk/consumer/home-appliances/microwaves.html

Next i saw a 4 blade Spiralizer on Amazon. I don't know why i still don't have one of these, they are not even that pricey. This makes time in the kitchen so much easier and actually makes creating your meals more fun. I love spaghetti and so to make it a bit healthier you can make courgette noodles, so quick and easy if you have one of these.
See more here - http://amzn.to/2tGNWHU

Another thing is a powdered food called Huel. It has a complete balance of protein, carbs, fats and all the vitamins and minerals that your body needs. It's filling and as it has a balance of everything it's a great quick option to use for meal replacements or these easy delicious pancakes which you can check out here.

Get a good blender! Making smoothies are a quick and easy snack idea or sometimes can be good as a meal replacement if you are in a rush. I've heard that the Nutri Bullet is really which you can see here but if you would recommend any others then leave a comment below :-)

One last thing i will share is a bread maker, i also saw these on the Panasonic website. I had bought an ex boyfriend one a few years ago and i wish i'd bought myself one really cos they are so good. If you love your bread tho this would be great for you, it's so easy to do and you can use your own ingredients making sure it is as healthy as you like :-) I really need to save up for one cos it does also save a lot of time. See more here.

There could be loads more things i could list but if you want to mention anything i've missed then i'd love you to comment below and let me know. I hope you've enjoyed this post, see you in my next one :-) Oh and if you like Food posts then click here to see more as i've done loads of posts on food :-)

Summer Holiday Shopping Made Easy | June 2017

So i started to browse different fashion websites today as i'm going on holiday tomorrow! (ahhh!) :-D Can't wait! All tho it's too late to order anything now i just like getting excited by looking at all the fashion and to get some inspiration. I still haven't packed yet which i have to do later after work so i still need to plan my outfits! I'm such a last minute type of person...i wish i wasn't but it always seems to  happen that way!
So i saw so many nice outfits that it prompted me to do this blog post, instead of bombarding my twitter with individual posts of them all it's easier to put them all together on my blog. I ended up getting carried away with adding so much stuff below, i even added a few beauty products i saw which i love.

I guess this could help if your going on holiday or just want a new summer wardrobe. Hopefully it will give you inspiration and if you have the same style as me it saves you time browsing about and make your online shopping a whole lot easier.
You can just click on the item you like and it will take you straight to the page to see more info :-) Click the arrow on the right of the products to scroll through more...
(Everything will be a mix of budget and luxury)

Preparing For a New Journey ~ Travelling The Seas

I'm off on Holiday next week!!! woooopp!

I haven't been on a holiday since i was with my ex boyfriend, about 2 years ago when we went to Tunisia. You can check out my Travel posts from that and few other holidays i've been on HERE. The photo's I'm sharing in this post are from those holidays, i love looking back at them :-)

So anyway i am off next Wednesday (14th June) for a festival cruise with Shipsomnia and coming back on Sunday (18th). I've never been on a cruise before so I'm really excited. My grandparents have been on loads so i was asking them for any tips they had just the other day.

I am also travelling alone, i asked a few of my friends but it was quite short notice and one of my friends is actually on her honeymoon right now, she was the girl who just got married...if you saw my previous blog post HERE. I didn't know who else to invite and couldn't think of who would be into the partying side of this cruise so why not just go alone?! I'm the type of person who likes to take risks and try and make the most of life so can't rely on other people to do the things you love. Anyway i won't be alone...i'll have you guys, aka...my vlogging camera, lol

I have to catch a flight to Barcelona and then i booked a shared car/shuttle to take me to the cruise port. We will be sailing with Royal Carribean, Brilliance of the seas, going up to Ibiza and attending the Zoo Project party which OMG...I'm SO excited for!!! and then we then travel up to Sete, France and back to Barcelona. I won't go into everything that's happening in the trip cos i will share a blog post when i get back with loads of cool photos so make sure your following my blog so you don't miss it. You can follow with Bloglovin HERE if you like. I'm also gonna vlog it all and maybe film a few extra video's whilst I'm out there for my youtube channel so go subscribe HERE. :-)

I hope your excited to follow my journey up to and on this holiday, I'm so excited to share it all.
I've been trying to get fit quickly as this holiday was quite last minute, i only decided on this mid May? I had been meaning to get fit anyway but this holiday just gave me more of a push cos i wasn't doing very well tbh lol I am seeing a bit of a change now, I'm feeling a lot more confident...even tho theres not a huge difference i definitely feel much better and still got one more week for a final boost!

You can also follow me on other social media for daily updates. I will be posting pics to my Instagram, Instagram story, Snapchat and Twitter :-)
