3 EGGcellent Breakfast Ideas | Healthy Food

Hey everyone,

Happy New year! It is the 1st of Jan 2016 today and i'm sure that most of you want to keep fit and healthy as your new years goals! :-D

I thought I would share 3 healthy breakfast idea's that you can make using eggs. Eggs are great at filling you up and are packed with high quality proteins, vitamins, minerals and good fats :-)

So here is the first idea....

1. Omelette with Spinach, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese.

2. Scrambled egg, Salmon and Potato
For the potato, I just cut it into thin slices and fried with coconut oil

3. Fried Egg (in coconut oil) with Avocado on Toast

These are really easy to make but if you want to watch my youtube video on making them click here

What is your favourite one out of the three? Are you tempted to try any?

  1. Great ideas, I've never actually thought of putting potato with egg for breakfast. Your omelette also looks scrummy will definitely be trying some of these out.

    Happy new year, hugs Elyse

  5. I don't know why but I never have 'cooked' food for breakfast other than porridge. When I see photos like yours though my mouth instantly waters, perhaps tomorrow I'll make myself an omelette!
