Setting Yourself Life Goals | Become a better person

Hellooo :-)

It has been 3 to 4 days since I did my last blog post, that feels like ages! I did see my boyfriend this weekend though and we don't always get to see each other so wanted to spend quality time together.

Anyway over the weekend I have been feeling inspired to write a few different blog posts so thought I would start with this one.

I was recently watching +AlfieDeyes vlog video's on youtube, I am sure the majority of you have heard of him! Well he was talking about making life changes, being happier, trying to make effort to do more nice things, etc It got me thinking about my life and I love setting challenges so thought it would be fun to think of some life changes for myself.

I have noticed though, recently I have been letting things get down and I haven't been as happy all the time, like I could be. Sometimes in life we tend to just get stuck into a routine and never really notice what actually is important. I am hoping this blog post will inspire you to be more happier and positive in life. I am happy the majority of the time but I feel I could make more effort with it, embrace it a bit more.

So here are my life goals I want to set myself..

1. Laugh daily. Wether that is to chat with friends or watch a funny film. I want to make sure I do something in my day that will make me laugh out loud (LOL) It doesn't hurt to have a laugh, well unless you can't stop and your jaw bone is aching from doing it so much... but it will always make you a happier person and can make you feel so much better for the rest of the day.

2. Make the effort to have a bath once a week. I am the sort of person who just showers quick and rarely makes time to set up a relaxing bath. It is so important to make time for yourself, so taking yourself out from any TV or Internet. Just zoning out with some relaxing music, doing some meditation, reading a good book or pampering yourself. I just think this is an important thing I need to make time for at least once a week. This is now giving me inspiration for another blog post ;-)

3. Get good sleep! Something I need to work on at the moment. I am always getting tired about 11pm but lay in bed scrolling through Twitter and Instagram until about 12.30 or sometimes 1pm! I also end up playing the game Blitz Bejewelled a lot. All 3 are not good before going to sleep. Sleep is really important for us and can effect our moods too. So as soon as I feel a little bit tired I will grab a good book or just go up to bed with no more phone or tv and I want to see how that will effect my sleep.
