Energy Balls Recipe | Quick & Easy | Plant-Based Snack

Hi everyone,
I get so excited by food and lately just want to share everything I eat, I have to try refrain from cluttering my Twitter and Instagram with too many food pics, lol

I have recently started to try out Plant-based meals and I am really enjoying it. I didn't think I would as much as I have tried so many times to have a healthy lifestyle but never keep it for long, I would get bored quick and go on a binge at some point.
However, I have found that plant-based foods are actually really good and there are so many things you can make, even things to satisfy sweet cravings, which is what I have the most!

I have discovered a women who goes by the name, Deliciously Ella. You may have already heard of her, she does amazing plant-based meals and I have been learning a lot from her, it is so interesting to me. I can see myself actually liking this way of life and on my journey I want to share more of my meals, knowledge and transformations with you. I am already starting to see a change in my skin, it is glowing more and my mood is so much happier :-)

Anyway I feel like I could chat about this for longer but lets just get to the point of this post shall we,lol

These amazing little balls of goodness are great and so quick and easy to make :-)

I took 150 grams of Almonds and blended them up in a food processor.
I then added 140 grams of Raisins, 2 table spoons of Almond butter, 1 table spoon of cinnamon and blended it all up. Then I just squished the mixture into balls and put them in the fridge. I made about 10 of them, they last a few days and are great to snack on through the day.

Let me know if you have tried these before? or if you are now tempted to make some?

  1. I've heard so many people complimenting Ella's book, I feel I must have a proper look at it, especially since her recipes are on the healthy side, which is what I'm all about now. The snacks look amazing and sound really yummy too. xx
