Really Tasty Blueberry Muffins - 'My Protein'

These are so DELICIOUS. They are quick & easy to make as well.



I used my protein muffin mix from My Protein, get 15% discount off when you use code CCXX15 at checkout. You can shop the muffin mix i used HERE , they give easy instructions on the back of the packet. 


You simply add 

🔹100g of the protein muffin mix (383 calories)
🔹100ml of (semi-skimmed) milk (50 calories) 
🔹Two table spoons of coconut oil. I measured the oil out to be 54g. (414 calories)
🔹Blueberries, I added about 50g (32 calories) 

Makes 6 muffins 

147 calories per serving

Protein - 7.7g
Carbs - 8.8g
Fat - 9.4g

I mixed the milk and muffin mix together and melted the coconut oil and then mixed that in too. I lined the cases with a very small amount of oil to avoid any sticking to the cases. (I did it just to be on the safe side but I'm sure they would have been fine) I also used rubber re-useable cases as I find these are better and the muffins were easily removed. 
I poured the mix into the cases leaving a small gap at the top and popped a few blueberries in each one. 

I pre heated the oven to gas mark 5/190c and cooked the muffins for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.  

They turned out great and tasted amazing :-) these are so yummy, I really recommend to try them. You could try them without blueberries or add something different. You could add cocoa powder to give it a chocolate taste, chocolate chunks or you could add a bit of peanut butter into the middle, I bet that would taste really nice :-)
