Healthy Breakfast/Snack - Asparagus & Eggs

So it's Easter and there are so many chocolate eggs around πŸ˜³πŸ˜‹ so tempting!!

But if you are trying to be healthy I found a really nice snack idea. Would also be great for breakfast πŸ˜„


In this picture I was measuring out the amounts I had so I cooked 25g of Asparagus, 2 poached eggs and 10g of medium chedder cheese. Also add some black pepper if you like.
This was only 203 calories and made a great snack. If you have it for breakfast I would say have a bit more of each to keep you full for longer πŸ‘Œ

Let me know if you do try this. I personally find it one of my favourite meal options right now. Just because it's Easter you can still have alternative eggs to chocolate ones and keep it healthy ;-)

I am training for a bikini/fitness competition right now so I am trying so hard to stay away from the chocoate eggs....until the comp is over lol I will then treat myself a bit :-)
