The BEST Apple Crumble!!! Healthy Recipe Alternative

Hey :-)

So my boyfriend has been making this Apple Crumble for me over the years which i think tastes amazing!! I thought it is about time i share it with others :-)

He uses natural ingredients too so you don't feel AS BAD after eating it!lol

Ingredients used:

Two Large Cooking Apples and One small one.
1tbsp Cinnamon // shop here
75g Yeo Valley Butter // shop here
50g Xylitol (total sweet) - Sugar Alternative // shop here
150g Oat flour // shop here
150g Oats // shop here
1 Table Spoon Rice Malt Syrup // shop here

1. First you would peel and chop the apples and cover them in cinnamon

2. In a separate bowel you would then add the butter, Xylitol, Oat Flour, Oats and a Table Spoon of Rice Malt Syrup (to make it extra crunchy)




3. Next you just knead it using your finger tips until it is turned into crumble.


4. Then you can pour it all over the top of the apple and put in the oven for about 30 minutes on 180 fan/Gas Mark 6



We like to use this custard, it is really yummy!!!
