3 Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Follow my blog with Bloglovin1. Granola Fruit Mix

  • Granola - I am using a healthy homemade one
  • Strawberries
  • Mango & Peach
  • Cinnamon
  • Flaxseed
  • Natural Yogurt - I use yeo valley
To make it you simply just chuck everything in a bowel and done! :-)

I always have a (lemon) green tea with my breakfast and a glass of water. Sometimes i put a lemon in my water for extra zing :-) (I put the lemon on the rim of the glass here for photo decoration) :-D

2. Eggs & Salmon

  • Salmon - I had cut up and measured the salmon out 28-30 grams each and bagged it up ready to freeze. Forgetting i was going to be using some...and forgetting to take a photo before i had opened the packet (fail) :-/ lol
  • Butter - I use yea valley
  • Black Pepper
  • Eggs -Free Range
  • Milk - I use semi-skinned
  • And the green tea i use is by Clipper

To make this i like to fry the egg in a bit of butter as it tastes the nicest and the texture is more soft.

3. Porridge

  • Oats - I usually have about 3 and a half palm fulls
  • Strawberries
  • Milk
  • Flaxseed
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey - Mine is Rowse honey

I pour the milk in just until the oats start to float. I leave it on a medium-low heat until it starts to bubble around the sides. Then i add my cinnamon and a bit of honey. I stir that in then turn the heat down a bit and leave it usually for one more minute until it thickens. I then add in my chosen fruit, usually strawberries, blueberries or blackberries. I do like to add a bit of extra milk at the end and also that is when i add the flaxseed.

Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day.

I hope this post has inspired you. I also did a video on this which you can VIEW HERE
